Aileron is the practice of Brandon Gee, a principal-led firm in Houston. Since 2014 it has run 80+ engagements for founders, CEOs, steering committees, and boards across SaaS, healthcare, public safety, retail, and civic work. Since 2020 most of that work has been AI adoption: mapping the high-friction workflows, choosing the pattern each team was ready for, building the tools, and deploying them inside client systems.

- Founded a healthcare MSO, built its back office on AI agents, and sold it. The firm still maintains and extends that platform for the buyer today.
- Built and ran the AI function inside a multi-site education operator: 11+ agentic systems at scaled adoption, about 1,500 manual hours a month retired, about $1.2M a year in labor value.
- Ran a $30M design-build construction firm and rolled out Procore for construction clients.
- Writes the code. Maestro, the autonomous coding system behind much of this work, has completed 500+ tasks that opened, reviewed, and shipped their own changes.
